Modular panels in a system
Modular cleanroom wall panels are the repeatable units of a modular wall system. They are planned on a module grid, joined through a consistent joint system and finished with a surface chosen for the room. Ordering them panel by panel, without the grid and joint plan, loses the benefit of modularity.
Handmade runner-edged panels and machine-made jointed panels both appear in modular plans, for different reasons. Runner-edged panels support pre-installed services and repeated disassembly, which suits rooms that change. Jointed machine-made panels suit long, repeatable wall runs where installation speed matters. The selection page works through that choice room by room.
Ordering modular panels well
Send the module grid with the room list, mark the panels that carry services or openings, and confirm the joint and surface for each room type. Ask for the delivery scope to be confirmed as a system — panels, runners and joints — and please confirm minimum order quantity and lead time before ordering.
This page does not publish a material specification table. If a core material figure matters for your room, raise it in the enquiry for the exact panel ordered. Doors, windows and ceiling units are covered here only where they sit in a wall run; they do not have separate specification pages on this site.
Send your wall layout and room list — confirm panel type, joint and colour for each ward, production or laboratory zone before you order.
